SHS SAPPHIRE Series Short Back Plate Wall Mount Hinge SPH91S

SHS SAPPHIRE Series Wall Mount Short Back Plate Hinge is made of solid brass with all moving parts: pins and springs. It is Self-centering door hinge with the mechanism that functions when the shower door is in the range of 15 degrees of the closed position.

SHS SAPPHIRE Series Wall Mount Short Back Plate Hinge is designed for use with 3/8” – 1/2” Tempered Safety Glass. These Hinges are heavy-duty and are great solution for bigger doors. All SHS Hinges have 3-year warranty, because we are sure in their durability.

These hinges have 2 steel pins inside. If those pins are left in place, then traditional mouse-ears cut-out takes place. In order to fit rectangular cut-outs, the pins inside the hinge should be removed.

Different finishes are available to create desired look for your bathroom.

SHS SAPPHIRE Series Wall Mount Short Back Plate Hinges are heavy duty and are great solution for bigger doors. They are designed for residential and hotel shower use.

Sometimes you can face the situation when you have to use more hinges for more support. For example, if you use 2 hinges of this kind, with 3/8”glass, the hinge will be able to hold 100lb. with a door width up to 34”. When you use 2 hinges of this kind, with 1/2”glass, the hinge will be able to hold 100lb. with a door width up to 32”. If you use 3 hinges with 3/8” glass, the hinge will be able to hold 130lb. with a door width up to 34”. And  If you use 3 hinges with 1/2” glass, the hinge will be able to hold 130lb. with a door width up to 32”.
