SHS GARNET Series Senior Pivot Top or Bottom for 1/2″ Glass Hinge SGRT20S

SHS Garnet Series Pivot Hinges are different from Ruby Series Pivot Hinges because they Have square corners for more modern look.
SHS Garnet Pivot Hinges for Shower Doors are usually placed at the top and bottom to provide the swing of 180 degree. These hinges are usually used in stand-alone showers, as well as in medium and large size bathrooms. The main advantage of Pivot hinges is that they carry the majority of the weight on the bottom. They can be inset from the wall, that would create the clearance for towel bars or other design objects.
The weight and the size of the door will determine which SHS Pivot hinge should be used.

This Senior Size Garnet Pivot Hinge GRT20S is used with 1/2″ thick tempered safety glass, and it also can be used with 3/8″ safety glass.  Garnet Series Pivot Hinges are self-centering, with four springs which provides maximum strength.

Since SHS Pivot hinges have no moving parts, doors can be opened and closed noiselessly. These hinges don’t require much time for installation and provide your bathroom with modern and clean look.

Our SHS Garnet Series Pivot Hinges are self-centering. They have 4 springs that provide great retention strength. If the door doesn’t reach the ceiling, our SHS Senior Adapter Header Block for 1/2″ Glass SRHAB-12 adaptor block should be used to fit our Frameless 180 Degree Single Sliding Door Systems 78″ Length FLSD78.

SHS Garnet Series Pivot Hinges SGRT20S can also be floor and ceiling mounted for doors that do reach the ceiling. These hinges are heavy-duty and designed for residential, or hotel shower use. In case if you use 2 hinges with 1/2” (12mm) glass, this hinge will hold up to 145 lbs. with the maximum door width 36″.
