The main difference of SHS Diamond Series Hinges is that they are smaller in size, which helps create more open-glass space, and make your shower door look invisible, because these hinges are not as noticeable and eye-catching as hinges of other SHS Series.

SHS DIAMOND Series Wall Mount Short Back Plate Hinge is made of solid brass with all moving parts: pins and springs. It is Self-centering door hinge with the mechanism that functions when the shower door is in the range of 15 degrees of the closed position.

SHS DIAMOND Series Wall Mount Short Back Plate Hinge is designed for use with 3/8” – 1/2” Tempered Safety Glass. These Hinges are smaller-size and are a great solution if you want to see more open glass-space in your shower. All SHS Hinges have 3-year warranty, because we are sure in their durability.

SHS DIAMOND Series Wall Mount Short Back Plate Hinges are designed for residential and hotel shower use.

Sometimes you can face the situation when you have to use more hinges for more support. For example, if you use 2 hinges of this kind, with 3/8” to 1/2” glass, then the hinge will hold up to 110lb with the door with up to 36”. If you use 3 hinges with 3/8” to 1/2” glass, the hinge will be able to hold 140lb. with a door width up to 36”.
